SHIPPING POLICY

At Century Music Awards we are committed to providing the highest quality 24 carat gold and platinum music awards accompanied by an exceptional customer service experience.

We offer over 5000 different awards, and if you can't find what you're looking for then do not hesitate to get in touch and we will see if we can create the award that you require.


SHIPPING POLICY

All products will be shipped within your chosen delivery time frame (this does not include weekends). Please note that during busy periods i.e Christmas, there may be a delay or two from shipping of your item in which case we will contact you. If the item is out of stock you will also be notified of any delays that may occur.

All items will be shipped to the delivery address that you have given at checkout

All courier services are trackable and insured via DHL.

Any items that have failed to be delivered will be returned to Century Music Awards by the courier service if the courier service is not contacted. In the event that this happens we will contact you to arrange re-delivery which will incur an extra charge of £5.00 | £15.00 for offshore deliveries.


CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
All shipments outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
